The Hands Up Foundation is a charity that has been established to fund development projects in our partner communities. The funds come from Hands Up Holidays' profits, endowments, and you too can get involved, even if you have not yet been on one of our holidays.
We have commited to giving at least 10% of our profits into the Foundation.
Uses of the funds include:
- materials and local expertise for construction projects such as schools, houses, libraries, clean water
- school supplies
- micro-finance initiatives
100% of the administrative costs of the Hands Up Foundation are borne by Hands Up Holidays
It is our vision that some of our guests will choose to become sponsors of the projects that they volunteer with. If this is you, you can donate through the Hands Up Foundation in the knowledge that 100% of the money goes to the people in need.
