Trip Summary

From Jaipur you fly to Jodhpur, home of the Meherangarh Fort, and a great place to shop for antiques, browse countless bazaars and explore winding streets.

You will also encounter the Bishnoi people - the indigenous people of Rajasthan and learn the 29 principles of their prophet, Lord Jhambheshwar which enable them to live in harmony with each other and the environment. Drive through the magnificent Jain temples of Ranakpur to the stunning lake city of Udaipur, with palaces of white marble.

Udaipur is renowned for its miniature paintings, ethnic tribal jewellery and rooftop cafes, and is arguably the most romantic place in India.

After two glorious nights in Udaipur, you fly back to Delhi, where your Indian adventure ends the following day.
